ChiliProject is not maintained anymore. Please be advised that there will be no more updates.

We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

Templating for description of new tickets by Tracker

Hi guys,

I'm looking for the ability to populate default text in the description field of various trackers. This text would still be edited before the tracker is actually created, but it would save time for our developers when creating new bugs, etc...

I hope I'm explaining it correctly, but i believe it's similar to the redmine project issue found below:

If this already exists for chiliproject, I'd love to know...

Not that I'm aware of, but it shouldn't be too hard to do from a plugin though…
