ChiliProject is not maintained anymore. Please be advised that there will be no more updates.

We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

Do we have any download/install stats for Chiliproject?

Not really no, you can see the total number of package downloads on the download page: https://www.chiliproject.org/projects/chiliproject/files However this should be considered a small percentage of the total download/installs as the majority of people get the releases from the github repository directly. Github does not report number of clones or pulls, though you might infer some data from the number of watchers (172) and forks (49)

maybe we could add some "post" request from Redmine to a central server (with user's permission) to gather this kind of stats?

this should be very easy to implement and will give a very important information, which can be posted on the project main page.

I submitted a feature request: https://www.chiliproject.org/issues/417
