ChiliProject is not maintained anymore. Please be advised that there will be no more updates.

We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

project's activities shown are activities of all projects

Added by Jan F Westerkamp at 2011-06-14 06:26 am

Hi,

after upgrading Redmine 1.1.0 (with a few svn repositories) to ChiliProject 1.4.0 and applying the fix from #466 almost everything looks perfect.
There is only one thing that stops me from updating my servers at the universiity: going to a project and opening the activities folder I'm shown the activities of all my projects.

To update the activities I use a cron job with
rake -f /opt/chiliproject/Rakefile redmine:fetch_changesets RAILS_ENV=production

Updating changesets automatically doesn't work either.

Is this worth opening a ticket or have I missed the solution somewhere in the redmine/chiliproject documentation?

Jan

If you think it's a bug, open a ticket, the worst thing that could happen is that we take you to the forums to support you there :-) If you need help with configuration or whatnot, ask in the forums or on IRC (stick around a bit, answers might take some time coming).

In your precise case, I'd say the activities problem definitely is a bug, the rake problem I'm not sure, feel free to open a ticket for that one too.

Jan:

I've opened #482 to take a look at this. Thank you for letting us know.

Jan, could you please add a way to reproduce to #482 (the activities problem), otherwise I'll consider it non-reproducible and decline it. Thanks.
