Description

Hi, I've been using chili as a QA for a while, but this is my first time submitting a feature request.

My request is to be able to save ticket drafts and/or have a "Draft Mode."

Sometimes, I'm working on a ticket update for a while, and on occasion I've lost updates because, for example, I got logged out during that time. Would it be possible to add a way to save a ticket update as a draft? Perhaps there could even be a Draft Mode where your work would be saved, and you wouldn't be able to accidentally submit the update before it was finished. When you were done writing you could turn off Draft Mode and then send. If someone knew they were going to be writing a long update, they could turn on Draft Mode.

Thanks.
