ChiliProject is not maintained anymore. Please be advised that there will be no more updates.

We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

Description

Hi there,

currently the administration start page (i.e. the page you see when selecting "More" → "Administration" from the menu bar, /admin) just shows the same links as the sidebar, which is redundant. It would be nice if instead the administration start page could show some actually useful information, like

  • This chiliproject instance currently has X registered users
  • There are X public and Y private projects
  • In total, X tickets have been reported, where Y are open
  • X posts have been written in the forums, forming Y threads
  • etc.

I.e., some more interesting statistical information than a duplicate link list. Probably the "Information" admin page could be merged into the start page also.
