Adding issue relations does not always update the list (Bug #293)

Description
When adding issue relations, after clicking the add button, the visible list of related issues is supposed to update. This does not always work. At least it fails when adding a 'follows' relation on Firefox 4.0RC1.
What the cause of that is still needs to be investigated, also if it is fully reproducible on every browser.
