Description

As user interfaces can get somewhat complex, a less powerful solution built upon native elements makes it easier to provide an accessible UI for impaired users (see screenshots or the rather fancy Drag&Drop-UI of the Backlogs Plugin).
As this should be a fallback solution (your "standard" user doesn't really care about ugly html, screenreaders do), some kind of switch is needed. One possibility can be media queries, another an explicit user preference field (or a combination of both). I'm currently working on an implementation of the latter and should be done some time this week.
Any thoughts on this?
