ChiliProject is not maintained anymore. Please be advised that there will be no more updates.

We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

"Registration succeded" page does not tell about required activation (Bug #829)

Description

When registering a new user, one gets the message

"Ihr Konto ist aktiviert. Sie können sich jetzt anmelden."
(Your account is activated, you can now log in.)

But this is not true, as activation is required. One has to wit for the email an click the activation link first. This is very confusing!

  • prevent duplication of associated trackers when the target project already exists (closes #829)
  • warn user if the target project already exists
