Description

When people report security incidents, most of them want to encrypt the mails with GPG. So it is a best practice (and good style) to provide a GPG key a wiki page which can be used.

This private key needs to be shared between the security team members. It should also be signed by the personal keys of at least the security team members to boost confidence.

Later, we need to develop a procedure on how to handle keychanges and changes of the security team.
