ChiliProject is not maintained anymore. Please be advised that there will be no more updates.
We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.
Configuring email notification¶
To set your email notification preferences:
- Click My account at top right.
The My account page displays.
- Select from the Email notifications dropdown, for ChiliProject to email you For any event on all my projects, For any event on the selected projects only..., or Only for things I watch or I'm involved in.
If you select For any event in the selected projects only... a list of checkboxes displays for you to select which projects you want to be notified about. - Click to select the checkbox if you don't want to be notified of changes that you make yourself.
- If you're a Developer, you can click to select whether you want notifications to Include repository commit messages.

You can update an issue by replying to an email notification from ChiliProject, without changing the Subject (which contains the issue number). ChiliProject will automatically update that issue with your reply.
