Description

Hi,

First I want to thank the community for their work.
Then I know that this feature has often been asked, but will it be possible to assign a task to a user list rather than a single person ?

It is often asked to assign a group of people, so I think that assigning a linked list would be less complicated to implement.
And like that, why not add a group to this linked list ?

Best regards,

Hi,

I fear that a user list isn't simple to implement - because you have to rewrite all code parts where the assigned user id of issues is handled...

In the past I already had some situations where I wanted this feature, too. But honestly: That just messes up a clean workflow, as long as you don't have working principles like Pair- or Xtreme-Programming. So I solved this by creating subtasks which are then assigned separately to each developer.

If this doesn't solve your problem and you still need workflows, where you assign multiple persons to one task then we need someone implementing this... It would be better to do this as plugin, but I fear you have to rewrite big parts of the core :-(
