We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

Description
In the new project navigation, we have submenus.
Clicking on an item unfolds it. Blind users will not recognize this action.
This is why the first items needs to have the focus. Than, the screenreader will read it.
Using the keyboard for navigation, this is also quite handy since the user can hit 'enter' twice.
