We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

It'd be nice to have a way to update revision information as discussed in: http://www.redmine.org/issues/1273

For my specific use case ideally there'd be a command I can call from an svn hook (pre-revprop-change) to update the commit message of one revision or the revision history for one ticket.
