Description

The default timezone should be configurable in the admin settings.
May be not much needed in worldwide applications, but really helpful for small local instances with a server standing at the other end of the world.

Just for the record, the "associated revision" on the right has nothing to do with this ticket, it's four years old and references Redmine-Projects own ticket no. 998.
