ChiliProject is not maintained anymore. Please be advised that there will be no more updates.
We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.
UX Overhaul¶
There are a ton of ideas on how to improve the User Experience (UX) of ChiliProject, some smaller and some larger. This page tries to collect the larger ones. Feel free to propose additional areas. The actual development of these features is tracked on the issue tracker. Once there are related issues, this page could be updated.
New standard theme¶
Eric Davis developed a new and awesome theme for Shane & Peter which massively improves usability and looks. It could become the new default theme and a basis for new UX efforts. This "theme" is more than just a common theme, as it requires some core changes.
