Description

Issue history is now straight forward list of all changes regardless of change type without filtering, so time records, newly added comments, status change logs ... etc are mixed together in one stream.
Better way would be to allow filtering this "stream" of log records by certain types.
This is especially especially important at comment level in case many status changes exist on the issue so new comments are displayed out of the screen visible area.
One possibility (and the best by my oppinion) is to use "tabs" (like Jira does - in attachment).
Another ways may be cobmobox, radiobuttons ...
