Description

Users (with basic user permissions) should be able to:
• edit the headline of their own issues
• delete their own issues
• change category, assignee and target version of their own issues

This should be possible until such an issue is either edited by someone else or linked by another issue. After one of the two is true, user should only be able to perform the above tasks with advanced permissions.

Is there any reasons that speak against the above?
