Description

Currently only the current user can control watching a wiki page. It would be better if it worked like issues, where someone could add other people as watchers.

Example use case: Important wiki pages that specific users or groups should watch for changes.

Added and merged into unstable in a8d28e4 along with a bit of refactoring to the 'watchers/_watchers' view to be more generic and reusable.
