ChiliProject is not maintained anymore. Please be advised that there will be no more updates.

We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

Issue workflow

After you have reported an issue, it follows this workflow:

Step Status Assigned to What it means
1 New Manager Issue reported, to be "triaged".
2 In Progress Developer Issue triaged, assigned to a developer to work on.
3 Feedback Reporter Developer needs more information from reporter, or believes the issue has been resolved, is a duplicate, or is not fixable. Assigned to reporter to provide more information, or verify closing (if resolved) or re-opening (if not).
4 Resolved Fixed
Rejected Not fixable
Closed Ticket closed
