We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

How to disable the menu 'register' button

Hi, I'm currently using chiliproject to keep in touch with some clients and I'd like to disable the 'register' button since only I create the users accounts.
Is it possible? Can't find it in the GUI, maybe deleting some code? I don't know much about rails, actually I paid for the installation so any help would be very appreciated.

Hello Richard,

Go to the Administration > Settings > Authentication and set the "Self-registration" option to "disabled".
