We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

Description

As of https://github.com/blog/1184-contributing-guidelines, Github supports some special handling of contribution guidelines which will show a flash bar when creating a new issue or pull request on Github. We should mention our contribution guidelines there.
