Description

In our project, after 2 weeks, we have almost 100 registered users, expecting 500 by the end of the year.
We would appreciate a way to send out mail to our users, (selective by ticking them, and a button for ALL.
Right now i am misusing issues for that, but this is very inconvenient, as i have to tick almost 100 users to sent mail to ALL

You can use my System Notifications plugin for this.
