ChiliProject is not maintained anymore. Please be advised that there will be no more updates.

We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

Description

When viewing the issues list of a project, a link to create a new project is rendered, even if the user does not have sufficient permissions.

The bug may also be currently observed on this site.

I tried to add a test for that, but could not get my head around assert_tag and I could not find examples on how to use capybara for that. Sorry.

Looks fine to me, I'm in the middle of something else so I can't merge it without stopping what I'm testing right now. Adding a test for this wouldn't really be that useful.
