Incoming emails configuration

Added by Nicolas Paez at 2012-10-25 03:17 pm

When replying issues notifications I am getting the following rejection email.

permission denied. Command output: *** Note: Emails intended to create a ticket may not include carbon copy (cc) addresses

I want to modify this behaviour but I couln't find where to start. I looked into the mail handler and I didn't find this logic.

Any idea?

thanks!

So this happens when you reply to an e-mail sent by ChiliProject? How do you get your e-mails back into ChiliProject? Is the error from your e-mail system or ChiliProject?

I have just solved this. This validation was done in the extra/mail_handler/rdm-mailhandler.rb.
