ChiliProject is not maintained anymore. Please be advised that there will be no more updates.

We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

Team Meetings

Location: on IRC, that is on #chiliproject on Freenode.

This page should help to organize and collaborate on the regular team meetings. When the meeting is finished, there should be some kind of minutes posted and the next meeting announced. Discussions should only be performed in the forums or in IRC. Please update this wiki page according to the latest settlements and proposals.

Meeting Methodology

Meeting will take place at the agreed upon time in IRC. Channel will be #chiliproject on the Freenode IRC Network. You can use a web-based client if you are unfamiliar with IRC.

The meeting will be logged and the log will be used as the minutes which will be posted here on the wiki as the record.
